How the program works

  1. Identify your customer and make a booking to chat with Operata about the opportunity, funding availability & next steps.
  2. Operata hosts a call with you and your customer to introduce the program and discuss their needs in detail.
  3. Customer purchases program via AWS Marketplace. Credits applied to customer account to offset program cost (subject to prior approval)
  4. Operata works with the customer to initiate the program.
  5. Operata keeps you fully informed of key milestones throughout the program lifecycle.
